• Visual check of equipment and accessories.
• Defect device record (SN, IMEI, CSO, warranty check,..) and customer contact details record – unit logging.

Refurbishment of small house appliance

• Preparing of returned goods for re-sale. This B2B activity includes incoming inspection and sorting.
• Module repair and testing of the appliance for its safety.
• Then the products are packed and shipped back to the business partners.
• Unrepairable products that are at the end of their life cycle are sent to electrical equipment recycling.

Central warehouses for Europe (HUBs)

• Spare parts are picking according to customer orders.
• Precise location of spare parts in the Kardex storage system speeds up picking.
