While-you-wait service
If the nature of the problem makes it possible, for selected models of phones and tablets we are able to fix a whole range of failures while you wait.
The failures are typically removed by re-installing the software or by replacing a part of the device, such as:
speakers, earphones, covers, LCD displays, or touch panels.
Contact the service center in advance and check the possibility of while-you-wait service for your device.
We will book spare parts and a service technician for the time you arrange.
